For the families who want to remember not just what it looked like —

but what it felt like.

Because the most powerful stories are the ones we live without even realizing.

because life is full of so much more than all the laid out milestones – it’s the moments, the touch, the look, the feeling.

It’s creating magic by pulling the existing chemistry out in front of my camera; by giving your kids, and generations to come, a glimpse into who you were together. It’s more than a face on my screen. It’s a smile, a look, a touch, a moment. I start by stripping away the formalities and the unknowns. I give my families directions to connect, look and feel your best. This isn’t just a photo session or updated portraits. It’s an experience, a date, a time to have fun and connect with your people and who you are as a family.

P O R T F O L I O

  • "Blythe never ceases to amaze me. There is something SO special about a photographer/client relationship. Blythe has been there for the most important events of our adult lives: our wedding, pregnancy, newborn, our babies growing up. "

  • "So so obsessed with every picture Blythe took for us!"

  • The Powell's

"I would recommend her to every friend I have!"

Telling your story starts here.

  • Connection

Once you reach out to me, I love to get back to inquires within 72 hours. I love hear about your family and what this season of like looks like and what you hope to encapsulate in your photos. I provide a family welcome guide with my families as well as photography collection options. To walk you through all the questions and guide you through my process. When you want to move forward with booking, we will talk about a date, location and time before I send a digital contract for you to sign. A 20% retainer fee is due at the time of booking.

Then just like that, your photographer is secured!

  • The In Between

Contact between booking and your shoot varies. I love helping or getting excited over outfit and color coordinating (my guide gives you tips on this too). I keep an eye on the weather and contact you based on what your expectations are and what the weather is doing. In the meantime, I am always available for questions and to talk over any changes that have occurred. Final payment isn’t due until the day of your shoot, so focus on you and doing life.

  • Shoot Day

Everyone is bathed, mostly in one piece and ready for family photos. I love to show up before my shoot to scout out the location (especially if it’s new to me) and plan the flow location wise. If it’s a in-home session I won’t knock on your door or be creeping around your house 30 minutes before hand (I promise). I will start connecting with you and your littles before any photo clicking happens. I observe. I listen. I gently guide when needed, but most importantly, I allow room for play. I let life unfold — because the way your child leans into you when they’re tired, or the way you reach for their hand without thinking — that’s the kind of moment that deserves to live forever.

Let’s create something beautiful. Something real.

Let’s capture the art in your everyday. Together.

Honest Connection, Artfully Told.

The Art of Your Everyday

Because the most powerful stories are the ones we live without even realizing.

Documentary family photography isn’t about creating picture-perfect moments — it’s about revealing the beauty that’s already there. The quiet touches. The bursts of laughter. The chaos and calm. It’s about connection — not performance.

I don’t ask you to pose and smile perfectly. I invite you to be. To let down the walls, let your kids be wild, and let your love show up however it wants to. I’ll be there — quietly, carefully — creating art out of the moments you’ll want to remember forever.

What You’ll Get:

  • Emotion over perfection. Real expressions, not rehearsed ones.

  • Connection over curation. Photos that feel like memories, not performances.

  • Art over artifice. A visual story of your family’s soul, told in honest detail.

This is your family’s living, breathing love story.

And it deserves to be captured as it truly is.

If you crave images that move you — the kind that make your chest ache in the best way — let’s create something honest and lasting together.

Let the real moments in. Let the art begin.

During a session our average family has at least 2 giggle fits, 1 exploring child (that runs everywhere), and a snack break to bribe for a kiss, possibly one dirty diaper (especially if you have a newborn).

  • One hour portrait sessions give your family space to simply be together. It’s not about posing or perfection — it’s about connection. With time to settle in, kids can warm up at their own pace, get the wiggles out, and just be themselves. That’s when the real magic happens—in the laughter, the quiet moments, the messiness and the love.

This hour isn’t just for photos—it’s for making memories. It’s a chance to slow down, hold each other close, and soak in the little things you’ll want to remember years from now. I’m just there to observe and gently guide when needed, capturing your story as it naturally unfolds.

    Portrait sessions begin at $500

  • There’s something beautifully sacred about those early days at home with your newborn—the soft rhythm of feedings, the quiet moments of bonding, the way time seems to pause as you get to know this brand-new soul. An at-home family session is designed to honor that space and energy. It's calm, unhurried, and centered entirely around your baby’s comfort and your family’s connection.

Being in your own space means you can keep your little one warm, safe, and wrapped in the familiar. It also makes things easier for you—no packing bags or rushing out the door. You can tend to your baby, rest when needed, and simply be present. I know the nights can be long, and sleep can feel like a distant memory—so don’t be surprised if I offer to show up with a warm cup of coffee and a quiet presence, ready to meet you exactly where you are.

These sessions are about more than just documenting a stage—they’re about preserving the feeling of home, the tenderness of early parenthood, and the deep love that begins the moment your baby arrives. It’s your story, captured gently, with care and intention—so you can remember not just how it looked, but how it felt.

In-Home Sessions start at $750 and typically take around 2 hours - Babies want to eat when they want to eat!

    * coffee included upon request. ;)
